1985 SCHWINN World Sport road bike, 63cm, pro-reconditioned, IMMACULATE & ready to ride! NICE! Fully reconditioned by RLB Cycleworks in Libertyville, Illinois, USA. Full tune-up and new tires, inner tubes, handlebar tape, saddle, and new cables. Over $250 worth of work just completed on this bike on 2/16/24! The bike has been professionally inspected, reconditioned, lubed and ready to ride anywhere. This classic lugged frame bike is constructed of lightweight chromoly steel tubing. Easy to use stem shifting with 12 speeds. It's in amazing condition for its age and rides like new. Some previous paint abrasions on the frame (carefully re-touched with enamel). Frame-size measurements: 25"/63cm (from the center of the crank to the top of the seat tube) 62cm (center-to-center) 57.5cm (top tube center-to-center) 34.5" (top tube stand over height) Based on the above geometry, the bike would be ideal for most cyclists 5'11" - 6'4" in height. Please use the above measurements to assess your fitment needs and preferences. This very usable road bike is ready to provide you with years of dependable service. A question that we're frequently asked - "How are you able to offer so many reconditioned vintage bikes for such low prices?" We know it can cost upwards of $400+ (parts and labor) to recondition a vintage road bike at a typical retail bike shop. We  run a small shop ONLY specializing in vintage and don't have the large overhead of typical retail bike shops. We don't have regular "retail" hours which allows us to pass the savings on to you. Local pick up is preferred. Otherwise, this bicycle will be professionally packaged and shipped from our bike shop using a brand new box with the entire frame securely wrapped in foam tube. Packaging labor, materials and fees included in the shipping cost.  
The package will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx (at our discretion) fully insured for the eBay transaction price with signature confirmation. We have shipped hundreds of bikes over the last 20 years and have never had a bike damaged due to insufficient packing. Packaging a bicycle for safe shipping is a labor-intensive and time-consuming process, so please allow at least two business days before the package is sent out. Bicycles need to be partially disassembled to fit in a box for shipping; if you are not familiar with bike assembly, we highly recommend having a bicycle shop reassemble the bike for you - we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper assembly. To box a bike we take off the handlebars, pedals, front and rear wheel, seat post, rear derailleur, etc.. Due to packaging/shipping, some bikes may require minor tuning and wheel re-truing at set up.
