Has two small lights mounted to the bottom by the previous owner. They have not been tested, but can easily be removed or used.
Anyone with a bicycle needs this. Here is the Utili-T quick release seat post rack from Sunlite. This tubular 6061-T6 alloy rack fits 25mm to 32mm seat posts, and will easily support a 25 lb. load. The quick release design makes the Utili-T seat post rack even more convenient.
